Noah House

Noah House was the first house we purchased in 1975 and is named after Chief Noah Sealth, (Chief Seattle).  It is a large older home locate in a quiet residential section of Capitol Hill in Seattle.  It is licensed by Adult and Aging as an Adult Family Home.  Noah House is home to four people with a developmental disability and three live in care givers. 

 

The house has two and one half stories, plus a full basement. The basement is used for storage, furnace, and laundry facilities. The first floor has a bathroom and shower, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen and a bedroom. The second floor has a full bathroom, and three bedrooms and an office. The third floor has two bedrooms and a meditation / quiet room.

The home has a wheel chair ramp for access and a fire escape for egress.
