Open Positions
We are currently hiring for a number of positions, including full-time and part-time live-in Assistants, and leadership roles. L’Arche Noah Sealth has three beautiful homes on the north side of the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Seattle, just east of downtown. There are parks, coffee shops, and gorgeous views within walking distance of all the homes. If you are in the area, please contact us to set up a visit, we would love to meet you!
While the primary role of all L’Arche members is to build community, Assistants also become professional caregivers who support core members in life goals, activities of daily living, financial management, medical care, transportation, and more. Assistants help to maintain L’Arche homes by preparing meals, tending the gardens, cleaning common spaces, and doing other household tasks.
To be an Assistant, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have an interest in building intentional community.
- Show capacity for creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Desire to work and develop mutual relationships with people with disabilities.
